With this Enlightenment Text for the Processing of Personal Data (“Illumination Text”), Zeynep Tarman, as Jutsack Bag and Aksesuar (“Jutsack”), in your capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) We would like to inform you about the identity of the data controller, the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your personal data can be transferred, the method of collection of your personal data and legal grounds, and the rights granted to you under the KVKK within the framework of our obligation to inform within the scope of KVKK.

Your personal data is collected in order for Jutsack to carry out its activities and to comply with KVKK and Jutsack policies. Your collected personal data will be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Jutsack acts in accordance with all the obligations sought in the relevant legislation, especially the KVKK, within the scope of all personal data processing activities it carries out. Jutsack takes the necessary security measures to securely host your personal data and to prevent illegal use of your personal data.

Rights of Personal Data Owner

By applying to Jutsack in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK;

In this context, you can submit your applications regarding your rights above in a way that meets the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, by sending a wet-signed petition to our e-mail address or company address, by hand or through a notary public. Jutsack will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In the event that a separate cost arises for the conclusion of the requests by Jutsack, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by Jutsack.

I accept and declare that I have been informed by Jutsack and have my express consent within the framework of KVKK.

By Jutsack, subject to the purposes specified in the law, of my personal data listed above; I accept and declare that it can be transferred to Jutsack employees, business and solution partners and service providers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations and legal restrictions in order to continue their activities and that I have express consent in this regard.
