You can request a refund within 14 days from the order delivery date for the products you purchased from www.jutsack.com.
To initiate your return process, please contact Jutsack via registered mail, fax or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must deliver the product to our address within 14 days from the nearest cargo company or with Yurtiçi Cargo with which we have a contract. If you return the product you have purchased with Yurtiçi Kargo, a code will be provided to you by Jutsack. You have to send the product to Jutsack using this code. The delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns with buyer's payment sent without using a shipping code cannot be accepted.
For a return to be approved, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. You must send the product to Jutsack by completing the return section on the invoice, along with the invoice.
If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
If your product was sent to you as a gift:
After your return is approved, a gift card code will be shared with you, which you can use on www.jutsack.com. The balance equal to the invoice amount of the returned product will be loaded on your gift card. You must use the balance on your gift card within 1 year.
The product should be sent to our Teşvikiye address written at the end of the page by filling out the original package and the return form on the back of the gift information slip.
Shipping charges for products sent/returned via cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo cannot be refunded.
Since monogram embroidered products are produced individually, they are not accepted for return and cannot be exchanged with another product.
After checking the compliance of your product with the return and exchange conditions, the transaction status is sent to you by e-mail.
Refunds will be made within 10 business days, depending on your bank, from the date your return is received by us. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method you used to purchase the product. If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact your bank first and then us.
